This position is established as a liaison between the Seminole Nation and District Attorney’s office in support of the COPS Methamphetamine Initiative. The position exists to supervise the prosecution of methamphetamine cases filed in the Seminole County Court within the jurisdiction of the Office of the District Attorney, which includes all violations of the Oklahoma statutes which are within the original or concurrent jurisdiction of the Seminole County Court.
